Gaspar E. Jaén

Gaspar E. Jaén is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in international carrier relations and network services. Currently serving as the Director of International Carrier Relations at Cogent Communications since May 2023, Gaspar previously held various leadership positions at Sprint from 1997 to May 2023, including Head of International Network Service for Canada, Latin Americas, and the Caribbean Region, as well as roles in operations, service management, network provisioning, submarine cable administration, and network engineering. Gaspar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, earned between 1999 and 2001.
