Greg Heiger

Greg Heiger serves as the Assistant Director of Sales Engineering for Premier & Specialty at Cogent Communications since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing the Sales Engineering team and contributing to the development of Wave Services and Optical Solutions. Prior to this role, Greg held several leadership positions at T-Mobile, including Director of Wholesale Wireline Sales and Director of Global Wholesale Solutions Engineering, overseeing teams that supported global wholesale business and designed solutions for various markets. Greg's extensive career began at Sprint, where multiple roles spanned from Principal Engineer to Director, focusing on wireless, IoT, and international wholesale solutions. Greg's foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering was established at The Johns Hopkins University, where a Bachelor's degree was earned.
