Hank K. has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Hank is currently working at Cogent Communications as the VP Network Strategy, overseeing various divisions and responsible for evaluating technology and managing vendors. Prior to that, they served as the CTO and Board Member of GPX Global Systems, Inc., helping establish their data center facilities. Hank also founded and served as principal at Terrapin Communications, a technology consultancy providing guidance and consulting services. Moreover, Hank has held various roles in companies like ARIN, NANOG, AboveNet, Intermedia/Digex, Sprint, and UUNET, with responsibilities ranging from advisory council membership to engineering and operations management.

Hank K. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Rutgers University from 1986 to 1991. Hank also attended the Institute of Corporate Directors from 2023 to 2033 and completed the ICD - Rotman Governance Essentials Program (GEP).
