Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook currently serves as the Director of Operations at Cogent Communications, a position held since May 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing wireline operations and integrating the former Sprint wireline and Cogent networks in the Southeastern US. Prior to this role, Jeff Cook was the Engineering Operations Manager at Sprint from June 2006 to May 2023, focusing on the deployment of advanced 5G/LTE and data network hardware within the Sprint and T-Mobile Core Network, while leading a team of field engineers. Jeff Cook also held the position of Director Field Services at Ericsson from September 2009 to October 2017.
