Larry Cerda

Larry Cerda is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as an Outside Plant Engineer at Cogent Communications since August 2023. Previously, Larry held various positions, including Senior Engineering Manager at Prodiconn, where responsibilities included training an engineering design team for FTTH GPON network deployments. Larry also contributed to the fiber broadband initiative in Louisiana as a Telecommunications Specialist, managing grant application processes.
