Rakesh Kadam

Rakesh Kadam is an experienced professional in the food production and product development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of New Product Development at Cogent Foods Pvt Ltd since August 2022, Rakesh previously held the position of Product Development Manager at bigbasket.com from July 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Rakesh worked at FORSTAR INSTA FOODS from November 2016 to June 2021, where roles included Production Head Chef and R&D Chef. Rakesh holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Operations with a focus on Food Production from Rizvi College Of Hotel Management, completed in December 2009.
