Shailesh Kejbhat

Shailesh Kejbhat began their work experience in 2004 as a Junior Engineer at Lombardini. Shailesh then joined Mahindra & Mahindra, Automotive Sector in 2007 as a Central Manufacturing Engineering (CME) responsible for process and facility planning. Shailesh worked there until 2016. In 2016, they moved to Bajaj Auto Ltd as part of their Engineering team for a year. From 2017 to 2022, Shailesh worked at Ather Energy as a Senior Manager. Currently, they are employed at Simple Energy as the Head of New Product Development.

Shailesh Kejbhat has a diverse education history. Shailesh obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations from Symbiosis Center For Distance Learning (SCDL) from 2008 to 2012. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University from 2004 to 2007. Shailesh also holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Aurangabad, an Autonomous Institute of Govt. of Maharashtra, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Shailesh completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) in Science from Vivekananda College under the Maharashtra State Board for Secondary Education in 1999 and their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Chhatrapati Shivaji Highschool, Ankushnagar, Ta: Ambad, Dist: Jalna in 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Shailesh has also obtained additional certifications. Shailesh completed the IITG Executive Program in Product Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in April 2023. Prior to this, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
