Jess Zarate

Jess Zarate is a skilled project management professional with a comprehensive background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Project Coordinator for Large Projects at Cogent since January 2024, Jess previously held various leadership roles at Hightower, culminating in the position of Director of Client Support, where responsibilities included managing a team of 11 and strengthening client relationships. Jess began the career at Pearson, progressing from Associate Project Manager to Senior Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects and mentoring junior staff. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completed in 2009.
