Usha Devi

Usha Devi currently serves as the Manager of Recruitment & Delivery in the SLED Delivery division at COGENT Infotech, a prominent IT consulting firm since August 2025. Prior to this role, Usha held the position of Team Lead Recruitment at Mastech Digital from November 2011 to August 2025, where Usha was instrumental in developing and executing strategic hiring initiatives. Usha's career began at Newt Global as a Recruitment Executive and later as a Team Lead, focusing on end-to-end IT recruitment and managing a team of recruiters. Usha holds an MBA in Marketing & HR from Vael's Institute of Business Administration, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree from VELS College of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from the Indian Institute of Computer Education, as well as a Diploma in Retail Marketing Management from Retell Education.
