Rachel Roby

Rachel Roby currently serves as the Technical Education and Standards Strategic Lead and Strategic Apprenticeship Lead at Cogent Skills since February 2021. Previously, Rachel held the position of Apprenticeship Manager at the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association and managed various roles at Halfords, including Group Apprenticeship Manager and Quality & Curriculum Manager. Experience also includes significant roles at Babington Group, where Rachel was responsible for internal quality assurance and compliance as well as managing training advisors. Additional positions include Training Coordinator/NVQ Assessor at Pertemps People Development Group and Freelance Assessor at Miya Training. Rachel began a career in education as a Business Administration Lecturer at Hugh Baird College.
