Ade Hendratno

Ade Hendratno has been Director of the Company since January 1, 2019. Previously he served as Deputy General Manager of Operations and Maintenance at PT Indonesia Power Power Plant Generation Business Unit Suralaya (2010-2013); General Manager of PLTU Banten 2 Labuan PT Indonesia Power UPJP Labuan (2013-2014); Deputy General Manager for Engineering and General Affairs of PT Indonesia Power Maintenance Services Business Unit (2015-2017); and Head of the Division of HR Systems and Change Management of PT Indonesia Power Head Office (2017-2018). He has also served as HR Director of PT Cogindo DayaBersama (2018-2020).

Ade has an educational background in Instrument Engineering and more than 25 years of experience in strategic and operational fields, he creates a culture of openness and mutual respect aimed at empowering the entire organization.
