Ian Thomson

Ian Thomson currently serves as a Category Manager in Food at COGIR Real Estate since December 2023. Previously, Ian held the position of Manager of Supply Chain Optimization and Compliance at Revera Inc. from October 2017 to December 2023 and also managed culinary services in a regional capacity. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Food and Beverage Manager and Food Service Manager at Chartwell Retirement Residences, as well as Business Development Manager/Purchaser at Orleans Fresh Fruit. Ian's career began at Richtree Natural Market Restaurants, where Ian worked as General Manager, and Ian also held the role of Manager/Chef at Urban Well Lounge and Bistro. Ian is an alumnus of Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and completed high school education at ESCHS.
