Jai Sukhai

Jai Sukhai currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations for COGIR Real Estate, overseeing the transition of ownership management and directing operations for multiple Senior Living facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to this role, Jai Sukhai spent over two decades at Revera Inc. in various positions, including National Director of Administration and Executive Director, where responsibilities included overall management and operations of retirement and assisted living homes. Jai Sukhai began the career as a Spanish Teacher at A.M.I.I and has a strong educational background, including a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Management, a Gerontology Diploma from Ryerson University, and a certification as a Long Term Care Administrator from The TEFL Academy.
