Jean - Marc Bélanger

Jean-Marc Bélanger is the Chief Operating Officer - Multi-Residential Canada at COGIR Real Estate. With extensive experience in marketing, procurement, and operations management, Jean-Marc has successfully overseen the management of nearly 16,000 apartments and the marketing of upcoming projects. Jean-Marc has a strong background in strategic negotiations, procurement implementation, and supply chain management. Prior to their current role, Jean-Marc held positions at RONA, Nedco, and Metro Inc. Jean-Marc holds a BAA in Marketing from Université de Sherbrooke and a DESS in Logistics Chain Management from HEC Montréal.
