Maxime Burak-Cloutier

Maxime Burak-Cloutier is an experienced professional in the culinary innovation and food product management sectors. Currently serving as the Product Category Manager at Cogir Immobilier since August 2023, Maxime previously held the position of Culinary Innovation Chef at Groupe Sélection from September 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, Maxime contributed as a Culinary Innovation Advisor in the R&D division at Groupe St-Hubert from August 2011 to September 2022, focusing on developing new recipes aligned with current trends and managing recipe documentation.
