Samartth S Jhanjee is an experienced hospitality professional with over twenty years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Director of COGIR Real Estate since December 2023, Samartth leads a high-performing team focused on excellence, recruitment, training, and mentoring. Previous positions include General Manager at Red Lentil Vegetarian & Vegan Restaurant, Sunray Group of Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott Saskatoon Airport, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Regina East Gate, and DoubleTree by Hilton Regina, where Samartth consistently achieved high rankings in guest satisfaction and revenue metrics. Additionally, Samartth has a strong sales and marketing background, exemplified during tenure at Sheraton Parkway Hotel and earlier roles at Quality Hotel and Holiday Inn Toronto Midtown. Samartth holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from the University of Guelph, along with diplomas from Cornell University and Robert Gordon University.
