Omri Reftov

Omri Reftov has a wide range of work experience. In 2012, they began their career with the Israel Defense Forces as a Soldier, then became a Basic Training Commander and a Commander in the Commanders' Course, and finally a Fire Controler. In 2015, they began working as a Counselor for the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel and a Teacher for Roy Kariv - The Center for Private Teaching (high school). In 2017, they were a Recruiter and Counselor for Israel Experience\u00ae, and in 2020 they became a Consultant and Project Manager for Argentum Consultants. In this role, they were responsible for B2B consulting startups worldwide to raise R&D grants, together with designing R&D plans and business models. Omri also managed collaborative projects of more than 15 participating companies from around the world. Currently, they are an Innovation Program Manager for Cognata Ltd.

Omri Reftov is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Tel Aviv University. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics (PPE) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2020. In 2019, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics (PPE) at McGill University.
