He is also the founder of CRMWise Analytics since March 2016, where he specializes in Applied Analytics & Data-Driven Decisioning. Additionally, he serves as a Partner Consultant at CiaTécnica and has held various other roles in companies such as GLG, SenseData, Nexialistas Consultores, SulAmérica, Boa Vista Serviços, Allianz Seguros, and Cognatis. Carlos holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Science from USP and has completed executive education programs in Big Data and Machine Learning. His educational background includes degrees in Statistics from various institutions such as Universidade Estadual de Campinas and ENCE.
