Damian Williams

Damian Williams is an experienced operations and research professional currently serving as an Operations Associate at Cognella since May 2023. Prior to this role, Damian worked at Cue Health from August 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Environmental Monitoring program across six facilities in San Diego, coordinating and leading numerous trainings on RT-PCR assay protocols, and conducting statistical analysis of environmental data as a Decontamination Technician. Damian also held the position of Lead Sales Representative at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. from May 2021 to November 2021, focusing on employee training and daily purchasing organization. Damian is pursuing a Bachelor of Philosophy in Pre-Law Studies at San Diego State University, anticipated to graduate in May 2024.
