John Sansoucie

John Sansoucie has a comprehensive work experience history, spanning across various roles and companies. John started their career as a VP of Finance at HealthPlan Services, where they supported the spin-off from Dun & Bradstreet and built a strong financial infrastructure. John then joined Advantec as the VP of Finance, playing a key role in establishing a PEO business and managing various aspects of the company's operations. John later became the CFO of US Personnel, where they spearheaded a turnaround and reinvention of the PEO business. At Cloudmills, they served as the CFO and contributed to the company's success in delivering integrated HR data solutions. John also held positions as the Vice President of Product Management at Advantec and as the Chief Financial Officer at PeopleStrategy. Currently, they are the CEO of Cognet HRO.

John Sansoucie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the University of South Florida, from 1996 to 1997.
