Chris Clough, PMP, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in educational assessment and project management. Currently serving as Lead Program Manager at Cognia since March 2022, Chris previously held the role of Program Manager at Measured Progress since January 2011, overseeing national educational assessment programs and special projects for the Nation’s Report Card. Proficient in managing complex projects, Chris has a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, project communication, and process improvement. Prior roles include Program Assistant at Measured Progress, Worship Minister at Durham Evangelical Church, Administrative Assistant at SmithKline Beechum Pharmaceuticals, and Chief Designer of House Plans at Archetype General Contracting, Inc.
