Bhagyashree M. has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering, quality assurance, and engineering quality. Bhagyashree began their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer at Concept Solutions. In 2002, they joined Metalayer India P. Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2003, they were a Project Lead at Tata Elxsi Ltd. in Bangalore, India. In 2006, they were a SQE Lead, NOSS at Covad Communications. In 2008, they were a SDET Lead at TAG Networks. In 2010, they joined ShoreTel as an Integration and Verification Lead and Tech Lead- Client Software QA. In 2016, they were a Senior Manager and QA Manager at Dialpad. Bhagyashree is currently the Director of Engineering Quality at Cogniac Corporation, a global Computer Vision AI leader.

Bhagyashree M. has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Bhagyashree also has attended CWIT, Pune and SP College, Pune.
