Sarath S Pillai has worked in the IT industry since 2017. Sarath began their career as a Systems Trainee at CCS Technologies Pvt.Ltd. where they performed daily system monitoring, verified the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and systems through monitoring software. Sarath also performed daily backup monitoring, ensuring all required file systems and system data were successfully backed up to the appropriate location. Additionally, they performed L1 ticket with compliance of SLA, performed Desktop level troubleshoot, setup and configured Desktop and Laptop for End-users, installed the required software in End users’ Desktop and Laptop, and managed Asset system.

In 2022, Sarath S Pillai moved to CogniCor Technologies where they currently work as a Senior Engineer - IT Infra.

Sarath S Pillai completed a Diploma in Infrastructure and Management Service from Logic Institute Of Technology in 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Govt.Polytechnic college Vennikulam between 2014 and 2017. Sarath has also obtained various certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, Microsoft, Google, Udemy, Coursera, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Fortinet between 2019 and 2022. These certifications include Become a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Become a DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, ITIL Foundation Level, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, Technical Support Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Network Security Associate NSE2 and Network Security Associate NSE1.
