Furthermore, Alexandra gained experience as the HR Manager Sales & Marketing Europe/HR Business Partner to VP Sales Europe at Danfoss Power Solutions, where they played a crucial role in supporting the Sales & Marketing BU during a period of significant change and growth.
Alexandra started their career as the Sales & HR Manager Germany at Bolia.com, where they were responsible for sales operations and leadership of all showrooms/stores in Germany. Alexandra also served as a Retail Store Manager at WMF AG, leading and growing the German Flagship Store with multiple income-driving departments.

Alexandra Anders completed their education in two notable institutions.
