Roxanne Ford - Mba

Roxanne Ford, MBA, PHR, HCS, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and organizational development. Roxanne is currently the VP of Global People Partnerships at Turnitin since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cox Automotive Inc. where they served as the AVP of Human Resources from August 2019 to June 2022, and as the Sr. Director of HR from February 2016 to August 2019. Roxanne also has experience at QBE Insurance as a Lead Change Management Consultant from June 2014 to February 2016, and as a Sr. HR Business Partner from February 2012 to June 2014. Roxanne has also worked at Designs on Talent as a Sr. Consultant from November 2008 to February 2012, Newell Rubbermaid as a Sr. Manager of Organization and People Development from April 2008 to October 2008, and The Home Depot in various roles including Manager of Talent Management, OE Consultant, and Senior HRIS Analyst from August 2001 to April 2008. Roxanne began their career as an HRIS Leader at Kmart Corporation from January 1999 to July 2001.

Roxanne Ford holds an MBA degree in Human Resource Management and International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, which they obtained in 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University in 1995. Additionally, Roxanne has obtained various certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM in 1997, the Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2012, and the Assessment of Leadership Potential from Korn Ferry and Prosci - Change Management from Prosci in 2015. Roxanne is also a certified Six Sigma Green belt.
