Joseph McCullough

Joseph McCullough has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joseph most recently worked at Cognigy as a Senior Product Support Engineer, providing support for their products. Prior to that, they worked at the Wisconsin Supreme Court as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical phone support and troubleshooted computer hardware and software issues. Joseph also has experience as a Desktop Support specialist at TEKsystems, where they supported Wisconsin governmental departments and the BP oil refinery in Whiting, IN. Additionally, Joseph has worked as a Resort Attendant at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, a Valet Attendant at Four Winds Casino Resort, and an IT Technician at Buchanan High School. Joseph also has experience working as a Freelance Computer and Network Technician, providing computer services to individuals and small businesses. Throughout their roles, Joseph has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise and commitment to customer service.

Joseph McCullough began their education at Galien Elementary School, where they attended from 1994 to 2000. Joseph then moved on to Galien Middle School from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they attended Galien High School for the academic year of 2003 to 2004. After completing high school, Joseph obtained their High School Diploma from Buchanan High School from 2005 to 2007.

Joseph continued their education at Southwestern Michigan College from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree.

In addition to their educational background, Joseph McCullough obtained a certification from Cognigy Academy | Cognigy.AI Certified Specialist in February 2023.
