Joseph Pellicano has a diverse work experience in customer success and service delivery roles. Joseph is currently employed at Cognigy as a Senior Customer Success Manager since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Topia, where they held various positions including Director of Customer Success, Senior Manager of Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager from February 2017 to July 2022. Before joining Topia, they worked at Santa Fe Relocation Services as a Service Delivery Manager from November 2014 to February 2017. Additionally, they held several roles at Santa Fe Relocation Services from July 2010 to August 2014, including Relocation Services Division Manager, Assistant Relocation Manager, and Key Account Manager.

Joseph Pellicano attended the University of Delaware from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and East Asian Studies. Joseph also completed several additional certifications, including the Cognigy.AI Developer Course, Conversation Design Course, and Cognigy.AI Foundation Course from Cognigy, all in 2023. In 2014, they earned the Global Mobility Specialist certification from Worldwide ERC®, and in 2020, they achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification from SuccessHACKER.
