Kate Muchika

Kate Muchika has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Kate is currently working at Cognigy as a People Enablement Manager since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Kofax for almost a decade starting from October 2013. Here, they held the position of Administration Manager and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring the smooth running of the company. Before Kofax, they worked at Delta Partners as a Coordinator from October 2008 to September 2013. Kate'searliest known work experience was at Accor, where they worked as a Reservations Supervisor from April 2006 to September 2008.

Kate Muchika completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2002, they earned a Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Foundation College for Professional Studies. Moving forward, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from International Career Institute from 2010 to 2012. Later, they attended EU Business School from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained an Executive Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Operations. Furthermore, Kate has also attained additional certifications, including the Cognigy.AI Foundation Course from Cognigy in January 2023 and a certification in Setting Team and Employee Goals from LinkedIn in July 2018.
