Sara Garniss

Sara Garniss, BA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Manager of People Activation & Enablement at Netskope, where responsibilities include overseeing HR initiatives and supporting employee engagement. Prior to this role, Sara held multiple positions at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from 2014 to 2023, notably as Senior Coordinator in HR Global Operations, where Sara managed the employee lifecycle for approximately 1,600 staff, acted as Workday Security Partner, and led onboarding and training processes. Additional roles included project management for compensation architecture and parental leave programs. Sara's career began with various HR and administrative roles at Volt, Chosen Chiropractic, Children's House International, and Staples. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Washington University and an Associate's degree from Cascadia College.
