Philip Dipner

Prior to this role, Philip held leadership positions at Content Fleet GmbH, first as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and then as CFO from October 2012 to April 2024. Earlier career experiences include serving as Managing Director at wwg worldwidegames GmbH and Director at Skillnet GmbH, specializing in management consulting and M&A advisory. Philip's financial expertise was further developed as a Senior Manager in Finance & Controlling at AOL and a Senior Controller at comdirect bank AG, with initial roles including an Executive Assistant at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where significant contributions were made to the organization of the first World Cyber Game Challenge in Germany. Philip Dipner holds a Master of Economics with a focus on Game Theory from TU Dortmund University and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg.
