Alan Fang possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management within the biomedical field. Currently serving as Vice President of Special Projects and Technical Project Manager at CGX since October 2022, Alan developed the Quick-20m, one of the first FDA-approved Dry EEG devices (510(k) Number: K203331). Prior roles include R&D Production Engineer at Cognionics, Inc., where Alan focused on polymer-based dry EEG sensor technologies, and Engineering Technician at ALine, Inc., developing microfluidic devices. Alan's foundational experience includes work as an Undergraduate Researcher at Hui Lab, where responsibilities included leading a device team and conducting research on microfluidic innovations. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from UC Irvine.
