Dr. Juhi Tandon

Dr. Juhi Tandon has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Dr. Juhi is currently serving as the Medical Director and Co-founder of Cognitant Group, a health technology company that specializes in creating immersive experiences using virtual reality and augmented reality. In this role, Dr. Tandon aims to provide easily understandable health information to patients, reducing anxiety and complications. Dr. Juhi has been with the company since its establishment in 2018.

Furthermore, Dr. Tandon is an Advisory Board Member of Patient Information Forum (PIF) since 2022. PIF represents various organizations in the healthcare sector and focuses on improving the healthcare experience for patients and the public by providing high-quality health information. PIF's Quality Mark for Healthcare Information, known as PIF TICK, is regarded as a trusted source of information.

Before joining Cognitant Group and PIF, Dr. Tandon worked as a GP at The Simpson Centre & Penn Surgery from 2019 to 2020, Roodlane Medical from 2016 to 2019, Hampstead Group Practice from 2009 to 2019, and Haverstock Healthcare Limited as a GP at the Royal Free Urgent Care Centre from 2010 to 2016.

In 2020, Dr. Tandon transitioned to a portfolio GP role, which allows their more flexibility in their work. Dr. Juhi'scurrent GP roles involve a combination of telemedicine and locum GP work, and they have specialized interests in dermatology, women's health (LARC fitter since 2010), and patient education.

Dr. Juhi Tandon obtained their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from UCL, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. In 2001-2002, they pursued an Intercalated BSc. degree in Pharmacology from UCL. Later on, in 2010-2011, Dr. Tandon completed a Dermatology Diploma at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Throughout their educational journey, their primary field of study has been medicine.
