James Mallett

James Mallett is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in global infrastructure management, currently serving as Head of Global Infrastructure at Cognita Schools since October 2023. Prior roles include Director of Global IT Infrastructure & Cloud and Global IT Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms Manager at INTO University Partnerships, where responsibilities included managing the Global Systems Team and ensuring timely project delivery. Previous experience also includes roles as Migration Consultant at The Real Experience Group, where James handled IT system migrations, and Head of Infrastructure at TUI, where the focus was on designing and maintaining network infrastructure. James began a career in IT at Highbury College as Desktop Support Manager. Academic qualifications include a BSc Hons in Computer Network Management & Web Design from Solent University, complemented by A Levels in Psychology, Business Studies, and Accountancy from Godalming College.
