Paul Smith

Paul Smith currently serves as the ITSM Manager at Cognita Schools since April 2022, previously holding the position of IT Service Management Consultant at Marval Group UK from January 2010 to April 2022. In this role, Paul focused on implementing ITSM software to enhance client alignment with ITIL and conducted service improvement workshops to design ITSM processes. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Presales Consultant at Abtec Network Systems and held various customer service roles at Marval Group UK and Airwair International Ltd - Dr Martens, beginning as a Web Development Analyst and later as an IT Service Desk Analyst. Paul holds a degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
