Stephen E. Hove has extensive experience in the field of construction and education. Since September 2002, Stephen has served as a Building Trades Instructor at Mercy Career & Technical High School, where responsibilities include developing and delivering the comprehensive Building Trades program and implementing the NCCER curriculum for students. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Lead Carpentry Instructor at Tomorrow's Promise in June 2009, focusing on practical and classroom instruction for at-risk young adults in carpentry through a hands-on house-building project. Stephen's career in the construction industry began as a Carpenter at Tom Kelly and Sons from April 1993 to April 1997, where a variety of construction and remodeling projects were completed successfully.
