Steve Allen

Steve Allen began their work experience at LA fitness UK as a General Manager in December 2006. Steve then moved on to Folio Hotels as a Leisure and Spa Manager in September 2008. Steve joined Esporta in May 2009 as an Exercise & Lifestyle Manager where they achieved outstanding results in optimising fitness training and swimming revenue streams. In November 2010, they transitioned to Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group as a Clinic Manager, where they excelled in managing a profitable cosmetic surgery clinic. In August 2014, Steve took on the role of Regional Manager at PureGym overseeing a portfolio of 17 sites with remarkable revenue growth. Steve then became a Commercial Manager in August 2014, driving substantial revenue growth across multiple UK gyms. As the Commercial Director at 24/7 Fitness from September 2017, Steve led a transformation in the operational framework, achieving significant improvements. Finally, in October 2018, they joined Cognita Schools as a Business Manager, progressing to Head of Commercial Finance and ultimately Head of Finance.

Steve Allen completed their secondary education at Lawrence Sheriff School from 1991 to 1996. In 2015, they attained a Level 5 Leadership & Management degree from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
