Anne-Line Hogstad

Anne-Line Hogstad has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and business partnering. Anne-Line currently holds the position of People Business Partner at Cognite since April 2023. Prior to this, they have worked at Schibsted as a Global People Business Partner from June 2022 to April 2023, and as an HR Business Partner from March 2020 to June 2022. Anne-Line also worked at Rusta as an HR Generalist from June 2014 to March 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at Academic Work as a Consultant Manager from September 2011 to June 2014, and as a Staffing Assistant from May 2011 to September 2011, where they were responsible for coordinating work plans and addressing queries from consultants.

Anne-Line Hogstad received their Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from Universitetet i Bergen in 2009. Anne-Line then pursued a Single subject degree at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2009 to 2013, where they focused on Organization Theory and Labor Law.
