Camilla Granaasen Moen

Camilla Granaasen Moen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Camilla currently works at Cognite as the Head of Employee Experience, previously holding roles such as People Business Partner - Product and HR Business Partner & Head of Talent Experience. Prior to Cognite, they worked at Instabank ASA as part of the Marketing & Customer Relations team, focusing on CRM and enhancing the customer journey and experience. Before that, they were at Cxense, an HR technology company, where they held various roles such as Executive Vice President of HR, Marketing Director, and Sales Operations & Marketing Manager. Camilla also has experience at Microsoft as an Executive Assistant and at FAST, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, Sales Operations Manager, and Account Executive & Sales Manager. Their early career involved working as a Marketing Manager at World Times Inc. in Boston. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on employee experience, customer experience, HR, marketing, and sales operations.

Camilla Granaasen Moen has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended Clark University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations & Communications in 1996. Later, in 1999, Camilla pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completing their studies in 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Camilla has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they completed a "Forkurs i Adobe Photoshop & Indesign" from Westerdals Oslo ACT. In 2016, they received certification in "Børskurset for styremedlemmer" from Oslo Børs. Continuing their professional development, they completed the "HubSpot Marketing Hub Fundamentals Resources" course from HubSpot in 2020 and acquired the certification in "Data Ingestion & Enhancement" from Cognite AS in the same year. Most recently, in 2022, Camilla obtained the certification in "Sustainability 101 Module 1: Global Perspective" from Cognite.
