Eirik Fjell

Eirik Fjell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Eirik started their career in 2012 as a Teacher at Oslo kommune, where they taught mathematics to primary school students as part of a summer program. In 2016, they interned as a Business Development intern at Workato, a fast-growing tech startup, working on providing integration solutions between cloud applications for small and midsize businesses.

In 2017, Eirik joined Deloitte Norge as a Consultant in the CRM Division. Eirik was part of the Salesforce implementation consultant training program and worked on end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation projects for clients in different industries. Their responsibilities included system requirements research, system design, implementation planning, system development, testing, stakeholder demoing, end-user training, and change management.

In 2019, Eirik joined Telenor as a Business Systems Manager in the Enterprise Customer Division. Eirik was responsible for the Telenor Norway Enterprise Customer CRM System and worked on creating the CRM system roadmap, developing new functionality, and supporting new initiatives. Eirik also led the system and sales process workstream of a post-merger integration project.

Currently, Eirik is working at Cognite as a Sales Operations Manager. Eirik collaborates with the VP of Global Sales Operations to enable the global sales team and drive continuous improvements in Cognite's sales organization. Eirik introduced a new global sales forecasting process and implemented systems to facilitate the creation of a common sales forecast for the Financial Planning Team, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.

Throughout their career, Eirik has demonstrated a strong focus on data-driven insights, process improvement, and customer support. Eirik has experience in sales operations, CRM systems, Salesforce implementation, business development, and teaching.

Eirik Fjell completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from BI Norwegian Business School from 2011 to 2014. Eirik then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration (Siviløkonom) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Eirik also attended the Singapore Management University for a short duration, where they studied Digital Business, Technology, and Transformation in the School of Information Systems. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator between 2017 and 2018.
