Ginta Solyte

Ginta Solyte has a strong background in project management and advisory roles. Ginta recently joined Cognite as a Principal Project Manager in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Trifid as a Senior Advisor from March 2021 to September 2022. Ginta also served as a System Manager at Fremtind from January 2016 to March 2021. Ginta briefly worked at Development Goals Forum (DGForum) in October and November 2020 as part of an Innovation Program. Ginta gained experience as a System Consultant Datawarehouse at SpareBank 1 from December 2012 to December 2015. Before that, they were a Consultant at Capgemini from February 2011 to November 2012 and an Account Manager at Egitrade from July 2009 to July 2010.

Ginta Solyte pursued their education in a progressive manner. Ginta first obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology between 2003 and 2007. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Vilnius University and earned a Master's degree in Business Information Systems, with a focus on Business and IT. During this time, they also spent a semester at Aalborg University, where they pursued a Master's degree in International Business Economics.

In 2017 and 2018, Ginta Solyte attended the BI Norwegian Business School and completed an Executive Master program. Ginta'sfield of study in this program was Green Growth as Competitive Advantage.

In addition to their formal education, Ginta Solyte has also acquired several certifications. These include the Cognite Data Fusion Fundamentals from Cognite, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation from PeopleCert, Personal Safety and Security Test from DisasterReady, Working with BigQuery from Coursera, PMP from the Project Management Institute, and Six Sigma and the Organization (Advanced) from Coursera.

Furthermore, Ginta Solyte has obtained certifications in various other areas of interest. These include Introduction to climate-related disclosures - starting your climate journey from the FSB Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Introduction to Sustainability Reporting and the GRI Standards Certificate from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and Bærekraft som konkurransefortrinn i næringslivet (Minikurs for Finans Norge) from the BI Norwegian Business School.

Lastly, Ginta Solyte has obtained certificates in several courses related to programming, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
