Sarika Nishad

Sarika Nishad is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Head for the India Center of Excellence at Cognite since July 2025, Sarika previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for Product Development at Freshworks, leading lateral and leadership hiring for software and engineering teams. With a significant tenure at Oracle as a Senior Talent Advisor, Sarika spearheaded hiring efforts across multiple business units while supporting the establishment of teams in India and the Philippines. Additional roles include Associate-HR at SumTotal Systems, Recruiter at Kenexa, and Recruitment Executive at Sampoorna Computer People. Sarika holds an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from ACME.
