Stephen Chunias

Steve Chunias CPA is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as CEO and CFO of GoContractor since January 2022, where a successful turnaround led to the company's sale to a private equity firm in July 2024. As a fractional CFO and executive since January 2018, Steve has provided strategic financial services across various industries, focusing on profit enhancement and M&A. Previous roles include fractional CFO at Crews Consulting Group, CFO at SilverCloud, and CFO/COO at Cazenovia Creek Investment Management. Steve has also contributed as an adjunct professor of finance and accounting at the University of Massachusetts and has served as a volunteer mentor at Boston College Student Mentoring Program.
