Hephzi Pemberton

Hephzi Pemberton is the Chair and Founder of Equality Group, a consultancy focused on Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity, leveraging academic research and industry data to provide tailored solutions across various sectors. Previously, Hephzi served as a Start-Up Angel Investor and Advisor at Atlas Technologies, backing multiple start-ups including Magic Sauce and Urban. As Co-Founder and CEO of Kea Consultants, a boutique search firm in the alternative investment space, Hephzi partnered with select clients and candidates. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers, focusing on pitch materials and financial modeling. Hephzi holds a Master's degree in Literature and Language from the University of Oxford and another Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Greenwich University.
