Rhushik MATROJA

Rhushik Matroja has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Stagiaire at PACARD Power Products in 2011, where they were responsible for the maintenance and installation of UPS systems. In 2012, they worked as a Vendeur et gestionnaire at Reva Traders, a wholesale leather goods company. In 2013, they completed their 2nd year internship at Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., focusing on Wiring Harness in the R&D department. Rhushik continued their internship in 2014 at Sumitomo Electric as a Design Engineer, specializing in 3D-CAD drawing and strength analysis of connectors for in-vehicle communication cables.

In 2017, Rhushik joined PRISMADD JAPAN as the Design Office Manager, where they worked until 2020. In addition to this role, they were also the Director of Prismadd Japan and WeAre tech, with the primary responsibility of developing Additive Manufacturing activities in the Pacific Region. From 2020 to 2021, Rhushik worked as an Advance Manufacturing & Technology Group Manager at Yamaichi Special Steel.

In 2021, Rhushik was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Cognitive Design Systems, where they currently hold this position.

Rhushik Matroja completed their education in a chronological order. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Lycée Paul Valéry, where they pursued Classes Préparatoires in Physical Sciences. Afterward, they enrolled in Ismans from 2010 to 2014, earning a degree in Ingénieur with a specialization in Mécanique. In addition to their formal education, Rhushik Matroja obtained extra certifications. In September 2017, they became a CATIA Champion through an institution called Dassault Systèmes. Furthermore, in July 2018, they completed the MIT xPro Additive Manufacturing Course offered by MIT School of Engineering.
