Roni Cripps, MBA, PMP, CSM, SGP has over 30 years of experience in Program and Project Management. In 2019, they began working as a Program Manager at Cognitive Medical Systems, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Irdeto from 2009 to 2019 in roles as a Project/Program Manager, Professional Services and Pre-Sales Support Manager/Commercial Proposal Manager. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Sr. Vice President of Commercial Operations at Numera (formerly iMetrikus), Synergenics LLC. From 2005 to 2006, they were the Sr. Business Manager, Corporate Applications at Sony Electronics. From 2000 to 2005, they were the Vice President at CalAmp/Vytek (Stellcom). From 1996 to 2000, they were a Product Manager and Project Manager at Cardinal Health. Finally, from 1989 to 1996, they were a Project Manager, Systems Analyst, Information Systems and System-Wide Manager, Pt. Financial Srvcs at Sharp HealthCare.

Roni Cripps holds a Masters in Business Administration and Management from CSUSM College of Business, as well as a BA in Spanish and Business Information Systems from San Diego State University. Cripps is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, Inc. in 2010, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance, Inc. in 2015.
