Sophia has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, working across multiple geographies with professionals from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Sophia has a proven track record of finding the best-suited candidates for their clients, taking into account their experience, skills, vision, and character.

Sophia began their career in 2006 as a Citigold Wealth Manager with Citi. In this role, they were responsible for validating customer investment needs and providing optimal wealth management solutions. Sophia also acquired new High Net-worth Individual (HNI) and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts, and mobilised deposits from the HNI and SME segments. In 2008, Sophia transitioned to a Senior Consultant role with Positive Moves, where they were part of the Financial Services vertical that included Insurance, Banking, AMC, Consumer Finance & Investment Banking.

In their current role as Engagement Manager at Cognitive Talent Partners, Sophia is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for their clients from start to finish. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to both clients and candidates. Sophia is committed to finding the best possible match for their clients and takes a personal interest in seeing their candidates succeed in their new roles.

Sophia Jacob has an advanced diploma in Fine Arts from Delhi College of Art, a BA in Economics from Madras Christian College, and a PGDBA in Marketing and Finance from FORE School of Management in New Delhi.
