Alfredo Passos

Alfredo Passos has been working in the field of data science and analytics for over 20 years. In 1999, they began working as an Operations Research, Actuarial and Financial Consultant for my consulting. In 2012, they became a Controller for PHR Phamilia Ribeiro Consultoria e Assessoria. In 2014, they worked as a Data Analyst/Economist for OVERVIEW PESQUISAS and as a Teacher and Coordinator for SJT - Faculdades São Judas Tadeu. In 2016, they joined Coursera as a Member of the Coursera’s Course Beta Testers community. In 2017, they began working as a Senior Data Scientist Consultant and Technical Lead of the Advanced Analytics Team for StratioBD. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Consultant of Technological Systems, Level 3 (Sr. Data Scientist) - Single Project for Infosys and as a Data Scientist III for Easy (Easy Taxi). In 2019, they began working as a DATA SCIENTIST CONSULTANT OF THE COGNITIVO.AI NETWORK for Cognitivo.ai and as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer - Big Data - Analytics for IBM.

Alfredo Passos has a comprehensive educational background. Alfredo obtained a Doctor in Science (Dsc) from COPPE UFRJ in 2013, in the field of Operations Research - Production Engineering. Alfredo also received a Master's degree from COPPE UFRJ in 2009, in Production Enginnering - Operations Research. Alfredo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2007, in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. In 2004, they obtained a Specialist (Graduate) in Actuarial Methods from Escola Nacional de Ciências Estatísticas, in the field of Actuarial Science. Alfredo also received a Bachelor's degree from Ibmec in 1998, in MANAGEMENT and finance. Alfredo also attended Colégio de Aplicação Fernando Rodrigues da Silveira.
