Syama S Peela

Syama S Peela has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. In 1993, they began their career as a Sr. Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Syama S then went on to work as a Consultant in ERP at NASA, Bechtel, and Cadence Design Systems between 1994 and 1997. Following that, Syama joined Cisco Systems as a Sr. Consultant/Project Manager.

In the early 2000s, Syama held leadership roles at several technology companies. Syama S was a Founding Member and Manager of Product Development at Netfish Technologies from 2000 to 2001. Syama S then served as the Director of Product Development at Finaline Technologies. Later, Syama founded InnoMinds Software in 2002 and held the positions of CEO, Founder, President, and Chairman. Syama S also worked as a Director/Partner at Evoke Technologies from 2010 to 2016.

Most recently, in 2018, Syama started working as the CEO and Chairman at CognitivZen Technologies. Throughout their career, Syama has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as software development, project management, ERP consulting, and leadership.
