Armon Arani has held a variety of positions in the past decade. In 2014, they were the Owner of Armon Arani Photography. In 2016, they worked as a Project Coordinator (Engineering) at Defence Construction Canada. In 2017, they were an Electrical Engineer at Coast Mountain Bus Company. In 2018, they were a Site Manager at VIATEC. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Growth Marketer and Growth Marker at DoubleUp, with a focus on growing internet businesses. Armon's projects included girlboss.com and tinycapital. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder & Head of Growth at Cognito Health. Armon is currently a Board Member at VIATEC.

Armon Arani completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria in 2017. In 2020, they obtained a Growth Training certification from Demand Curve.
