Clay Rankin

Clay Rankin's work experience includes serving as the Chief Development Officer at Cognito Workflow Software since August 2019. Prior to that, they were a Sole Practitioner at Rankin Law LLC from 2014, handling various legal matters. From 1967 to 2013, Rankin worked at Hand Arendall LLC as a Member, specializing in complex shipyard construction dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, marine casualty and insurance litigation, and marine insurance coverage litigation.

Clay Rankin's education history begins in 1961 when they attended Tulane University. Clay completed their studies at Tulane in 1964 with a focus on Experimental Psychology. Following this, they pursued a legal career and entered The University of Alabama School of Law in 1964, where they spent three years completing their Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
